We are seeking a dedicated and highly motivated ESG and Sustainability Specialist to join our team. The Specialist will be responsible for managing and enhancing our ESG and sustainability initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and driving continuous improvement in our sustainability practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the process of collecting, compiling, interpreting, and reporting ESG – Sustainability data across departments
- Drafting reports with related data collection and KPIs based on the GRI, ESRS, and CDP
- Developing relationships with key stakeholders, collecting data, and preparing ESG reports and presentations
- Managing the calculation of GHG emissions
- Regularly maintaining an overview of legislation and implementing all necessary changes
- Supporting the integration of ESG principles into company policies and decision-making processes
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an ESG or sustainability-related role
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken, with strong communication and report-writing abilities
- Intermediate Excel skills, capable of handling large datasets
- Familiarity with ESG reporting frameworks, including GRI, ESRS, and CDP
- Excellent communication and analytical abilities
- Skilled at building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders
- Effective teamwork and collaboration, especially in cross-functional settings
