- Client-Support, IT-Ansprechpartner für Mitarbeitende bei IT-Fragen und Problemen
- Administration von Windows Server und Microsoft Exchange Umgebungen
- 1st & 2nd Level Support über ein vorhandenes Ticketsystem (Telefonisch und Vor-Ort-Support für verschiedene Standorte)
- Lizenzmanagement
- Kontakt zu 3rd Level Support und IT-Dienstleistern (Abstimmung über Ticketsystem und direkte Kommunikation)
- Evaluierung und Einführung neuer-Technologien
- Planung, Umsetzung und Installation neuer IT-Systeme
- Planung und Umsetzung von IT-Projekten
Unsere IT-Abteilung ist ein wichtiger Grundbaustein unseres Unternehmens, schließlich macht sie unsere Arbeit technisch überhaupt erst möglich. Von der IT-Infrastruktur und dem User Help Desk über Individualsoftware-Entwicklung, Applikations- und Datenbankmanagement bis zum Anforderungsmanagement und Compliance bilden wir sämtliche Aufgaben inhouse ab.

Deine Qualifikationen
- abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im IT-Bereich, idealerweise Fachinformatiker:in Systemintegration oder alternativ abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im IT-Bereich
- min. 3-5 Berufserfahrungsjahre im IT-Bereich, z.B. als Systemadministrator:in, Fachinformatiker:in, System Engineer, Applikationsmanagement etc.
- Kenntnisse in der Funktionsweise von Netzwerken und Netzwerkeinstellungen bei Clients und Servern
- gute Erfahrung im Bereich der Serveradministration und Systemadministration (Windows, Linux), gerne auch in der Energiewirtschaft
- gute Kenntnisse im Bereich AD
- Grundlagen im Bereich IT-Security
- Gute Erfahrung bei der Planung und Umsetzung von IT-Projekten.
