Join Us This Summer
The right candidate will assist the Marketing Specialist and the Marketing Team with the management of a variety of Marketing functions. Learn about different aspects of Marketing methods within the company, support team content management and asset development, suggest improvements within the system, and execute projects to ensure compliance with quality standards.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and Refine Marketing Content: Collaborate with team members to improve and update existing marketing collateral. Your work will make a direct impact on marketing production.
- Engage in Team Collaboration: Attend and actively participate in internal team meetings and working sessions. Your insights and contributions will be valued and impactful.
- Enhance Organizational Efficiency: With guidance from the Marketing Specialist, actively take part in organizing marketing assets and supporting with data management.
What You’ll Learn
The Marketing Intern will gain hands-on experience with CRM systems, marketing automation, data research, asset management, social media, sales + marketing collaboration, B2B marketing strategy, and design execution. The internship will also include exposure to leading-edge building energy concepts, such as decarbonization, electrification, and high-performance building design.
Qualifications
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Communications, Business Management or a related field
- Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive approach to task management
- Proficiency with MS Office and email
- Strong communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Established interest in Marketing principles, copywriting, or graphic design
- Proficiency using Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud, as well as MS Powerpoint and Excel
Paid Internship: $20/ hour
