Job Description

The Operational Excellence team is responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team and help us achieve our goals.

Responsibilities

Lead and facilitate process improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement
Develop and implement metrics to measure the effectiveness of improvement initiatives
Provide training and support to employees on process improvement methodologies
Conduct root cause analysis and develop corrective action plans
Prepare and present reports to management on the status of improvement initiatives

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field
3+ years of experience in process improvement or operational excellence
Strong knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
