Job Description
Responsible for HR work of South-East Europe
- Conduct recruitment according to business need within annual headcount budget.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees and provide orientation program to introduce new hires to the company culture, values, and work environment.
- Manage compensation and benefits, including payroll, bonus, insurance, contract management, attendance management, etc.
- Act as a liaison between employees and management, handling employee relations matters.
- Ensure company HR policies and practices comply with national labor laws, regulations on employment, data protection, and privacy, and oversee policy implementation and communication within the organization.
- Work closely with Goldwind HR team to build and improve the South-East Europe HR system that can effectively support HR policies, operations, performance evaluation, compensation & benefits, training, and internal communication.
- Complete other ad hoc tasks assigned and local office administration tasks.
Qualifications
- 3+ years’ HR working experience in multiple HR functions.
- Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem-solving and communication skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative.
- Be able to multitask, deal with ambiguity and pressure and build up scheme and process from scratch.
- Excellent communication skills in English, written and verbal. Knowledge of other foreign languages is a plus.
- Good command of Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.) skills.
