O profissional irá atuar de forma estratégica e aproximada da equipe, em assuntos jurídicos diversos da companhia, incluindo contratos, governança societária, financiamento, gestão de escritórios terceirizados, novos negócios e processos de negociação, garantindo conformidade legal, mitigação de riscos e suporte às decisões corporativas.

Responsabilidades

Elaborar, negociar e revisar contratos de prestação de Serviços, fornecimento, construção e O&M.
Gerir e monitorar registros e atualizações societárias nos órgãos competentes.
Supervisionar e orientar escritórios jurídicos terceirizados.
Atuar em litígios e questões pré-contenciosas, com foco na mitigação de riscos.
Oferecer suporte jurídico a áreas internas, inclusive em reestruturações societárias.
Participar da negociação e formalização de contratos com clientes externos.
Apoiar novos negócios e tratativas com órgãos públicos e parceiros.
Conduzir processos de compra e venda de ativos e projetos, com foco em decisões estratégicas da companhia.
