Skeleton's Supercapacitor Development team is looking for a driven Logistics Specialist (m/f/x) with the vision to match our ambition.
Your tasks in the net zero journey
- Focus on inbound and outbound processes & deliveries: customs process management & documentation, including support with customs investigations.
- Creation of delivery documentation & transport booking including checking the received documentation's legitimacy & correctness.
- Ticket and internal customer request handling in the logistics sector.
- Monitoring of logistics processes & KPIs in the transportation as well as inbound/outbound segments.
- Utilise your advanced troubleshooting skills for Logistics & Transportation topics.
Requirements
We don’t expect to master it all. At Skeleton, you’ll have the support of the team and we work together to achieve our goals. However, there are requirements you should be able to fulfill to succeed in this role:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the logistics field as a logistics or customs & transport specialist (or 3+ years other applicable experience).
- Ability to operate logistics processes & implement troubleshooting in logistics.
- Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, EPICOR, etc.) and experience with transportation booking portals (DHL, TNT, etc.).
- Good command of Microsoft office & Sharepoint tools.
- Professional experience in the automotive industry and production industry would be a plus.
- Very good knowledge of English, both written and spoken & minimum B1/B2 level of German. .
- High integrity, strong communication and interaction skills.
- Distinct goal orientation as well as strong implementation skills.
