Your qualifications

Must-Haves:

• Experience in training coordination, logistics, or similar roles.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Confident with Office 365 and internal systems.

Nice-to-Haves:

• A cool head in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset.
• Great communication skills and a love for teamwork.

Your Role

🎯 Plan and coordinate training schedules for global service projects.

🧩 Match training needs with technician skills and project demands.

📅 Book training sessions and communicate travel plans to techs.

🏅 Ensure all training certificates are collected and documented.

🚨 React fast to last-minute training needs and project changes.

🤝 Build strong relationships with training centers across regions.

📊 Support Sales and Project Managers with data, reports, and insights.

💰 Keep an eye on training budgets and flag potential cost issues.
