Our requirements

Must Have Skills & Experience

12+ years in a compliance role within a research and development setting, preferably in the electronics, energy, embedded systems, or industrial automation domains.
Deep understanding of compliance landscapes (mentioned above), regulatory requirements, and risk assessment methodologies pertinent to R&D.
In-depth knowledge of EU, US, and international regulatory standards.
Proven experience in preparing and maintaining compliance documentation and coordinating certification audits.
Ability to translate regulatory requirements into actionable engineering tasks.
Hands-on experience with third-party test labs, certification bodies, and regulatory authorities.
Strong communication and stakeholder alignment skills across technical and non-technical teams
