Our requirements
Must Have Skills & Experience
- 12+ years in a compliance role within a research and development setting, preferably in the electronics, energy, embedded systems, or industrial automation domains.
- Deep understanding of compliance landscapes (mentioned above), regulatory requirements, and risk assessment methodologies pertinent to R&D.
- In-depth knowledge of EU, US, and international regulatory standards.
- Proven experience in preparing and maintaining compliance documentation and coordinating certification audits.
- Ability to translate regulatory requirements into actionable engineering tasks.
- Hands-on experience with third-party test labs, certification bodies, and regulatory authorities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder alignment skills across technical and non-technical teams
