Als HR Project Team Assistant (m/w/d) unterstützt du die HR Directorin sowie das Corporate HR Team bei der Umsetzung strategischer HR-Initiativen. Du übernimmst eine zentrale Rolle in der Organisation und Koordination von Projekten, internen Workshops und Events. Diese Position bietet dir die Möglichkeit, aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung unserer globalen HR-Landschaft mitzuwirken und Einblicke in vielfältige Themenbereiche zu gewinnen – von Change-Prozessen bis hin zu internationalen HR-Projekten.
Diese Stelle kann in Voll- oder in Teilzeit ausgeführt werden.

Unser Corporate HR Team ist Teil der globalen HR-Organisation und arbeitet eng mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen und internationalen Kolleg:innen zusammen. Deine Aufgaben
- Unterstützung der HR Directorin bei organisatorischen und administrativen Aufgaben
- Koordination und Nachverfolgung von HR-Projekten und Meilensteinen
- Organisation und Durchführung von internen Workshops, Meetings und Events
- Erstellung von Präsentationen, Protokollen und Entscheidungsvorlagen
- Pflege von Projektmanagement-Tools und Dokumentationen
- Kommunikation mit internen Schnittstellen und internationalen Stakeholdern
- Unterstützung bei Budget- und Rechnungsprozessen
Was Du mitbringst
Must-haves:
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Assistenz- oder Projektumfeld, idealerweise im HR-Bereich
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (insb. PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
- Projektmanagementerfahrung
- Organisationstalent, Kommunikationsstärke und absolute Vertrauenswürdigkeit
Nice-to-haves:
- Erfahrung mit Projektmanagement-Tools (z. B. MS Teams Planner)
- Großes Interesse an HR-Themen und Change-Prozessen
- Erfahrung in der Arbeit in einem internationalen und schnelllebigen Arbeitsumfeld
