In Deiner Rolle als elektrotechnisch verantwortliche Fachkraft bist Du zentrale Ansprechperson für alle Belange der innerbetrieblichen Elektrotechnik. Du schulst Mitarbeitende zur elektrotechnisch unterwiesenen Person, führst Prüfungen nach DGUV V3 durch und stellst die Sicherheit elektrischer Betriebsmittel sicher. Darüber hinaus begutachtest und wartest Du Rotorblätter sowie weitere Komponenten von Windenergieanlagen – sowohl technisch als auch zustandsorientiert. Du montierst aerodynamische Anbauteile, dokumentierst Deine Arbeit präzise und bringst Dich aktiv in die Weiterentwicklung interner Prozesse und Arbeitsschutzrichtlinien ein. Mit Deiner technischen Expertise, Deiner Reisebereitschaft und Deinem Qualitätsbewusstsein trägst Du maßgeblich zur Sicherheit und Effizienz unserer Anlagen bei.
Deine Aufgaben
- Verantwortlicher Ansprechpartner für innerbetriebliche Elektrotechnik
- Dozent für die Unterweisung von Mitarbeitern zur elektrotechnisch unterwiesenen Person
- Verantwortlicher, innerbetrieblicher Prüfer nach DGUV V3 / elektrische Betriebsmittel
- Begutachtung, Wartung und Instandhaltung von Rotorblättern und weiteren Komponenten von Windenergieanlagen
- Durchführung von technischen und zustandsorientierten Überprüfungen
- Montage und Optimierung von aerodynamischen Anbaukomponenten
- Reinigung und Pflege von Rotorblättern und Großkomponenten
- Technische Dokumentation und Reporting
- Teilnahme an fachlichen Schulungen und Trainings auf höchstem Niveau
- Mitgestaltung interner Prozesse und Anweisungen sowie aktive Sicherstellung der Arbeitsschutzrichtlinien
Das bringst Du mit
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Energieelektronik, Leistungselektronik oder in einem vergleichbaren Ausbildungsberuf
- Qualitätsorientierung
- Selbstständige und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie Zuverlässigkeit
- Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und Einsatzbereitschaft
- Zuverlässigkeit, Flexibilität, Höhentauglichkeit und körperliche Fitness
- Uneingeschränkte Reisebereitschaft im In-und Ausland
- Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS-Office
- Führerschein der Klasse B/BE bzw. ehemalige Klasse 3
