Skeleton's Finance team is looking for an Investor Relations & Corporate Finance Manager (m/f/x) with the vision to match our ambition and support our next phase of growth.

You’ll work directly with executive leadership to shape our fundraising strategy, engage with world-class investors, and support corporate finance initiatives that fuel our mission.

Your tasks in the net zero journey

  • Lead the development of investor-facing materials—including capital raise decks, offering memoranda, and executive summaries—ensuring alignment with Skeleton’s long-term growth strategy, market positioning, and financial performance.
  • Drive execution of capital raising initiatives, coordinating investor outreach, roadshows, due diligence processes, and funding events across equity, debt, and non-dilutive capital sources.
  • Act as a key liaison with current and prospective investors, building relationships with institutional, strategic, and impact-focused capital providers to expand and diversify Skeleton’s investor base.
  • Support corporate finance strategy, including funding scenario planning, capital structure optimization, and financial modeling related to fundraising and strategic transactions.
  • Partner with legal and compliance teams to ensure all investor materials, disclosures, and communications meet relevant regulatory and governance standards across jurisdictions.
  • Monitor capital markets, peer activity, and investor sentiment, translating insights into actionable strategies to refine Skeleton’s positioning and maximize valuation.
  • Provide internal visibility into capital raising dynamics, delivering insights and feedback to executive leadership to inform financial strategy, investor messaging, and business planning.

Requirements

We don’t expect to master it all. At Skeleton, you’ll have the support of the team and we work together to achieve our goals. However, there are requirements you should be able to fulfill to succeed in this role:

  • 5–8 years of experience in capital markets, investor relations, corporate finance, or investment banking—preferably within energy, cleantech, industrial tech, or high-growth technology sectors.
  • Proven track record supporting or leading capital raising processes, including equity and/or structured financing.
  • Deep understanding of financial statements, valuation, fundraising mechanics, and investor expectations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling, investor-ready narratives.
  • Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working directly with executive leadership and external stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities and high strategic impact.
  • Very strong fluency in English-in both verbal and writing.

Benefits

  • We offer flexible working hours, with the possibility of mobile working without core working hours and sufficient freedom for your own ideas.
  • A flat hierarchy culture - fostering our great working atmosphere.
  • Use the training budget to expand your knowledge and competencies.
  • Helpfulness among colleagues is not just an empty phrase but a practice every day.
  • A motivating opportunity for continuous growth at Skeleton.
  • An additional day off every year for your birthday.
  • Be active & participate in our internal sports challenges (SkelFitness).
  • We celebrate our successes with Team Events, Summer & New Year’s parties, and other initiatives!

We're not just about energy storage. We're about redefining energy for a net zero future, and we'd love for you to be a part of our journey.
