Als Contract Manager (m/w/d) prüfst, verhandelst und verwaltest du Verträge im Bereich Batteriespeichersysteme und unterstützt dabei ein engagiertes Team bei der rechtssicheren Projektabwicklung.

Erstellung, Prüfung und Verhandlung von nationalen und internationalen Verträgen (z. B. Kunden-, Lieferanten- oder Rahmenverträge)
Identifikation und Bewertung rechtlicher Risiken sowie Entwicklung von Handlungsempfehlungen
Unterstützung von Fachabteilungen und Projektteams in vertragsrelevanten Fragestellungen
Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Vertragsvorlagen sowie Dokumentation und Archivierung
Überwachung von Vertragsfristen, -pflichten und -änderungen zur Sicherstellung der Vertragseinhaltung
