What You’ll Do
As a Field Solar Consultant, you’ll be the face of Venture Solar—connecting with homeowners, educating them on the benefits of going solar, and helping guide them toward a greener, more cost-effective energy future.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Completing training quickly and communicating regularly with your manager.
- Learning and confidently presenting our solar energy solutions.
- Identifying eligible residential properties for solar installations.
- Generating leads and booking qualified appointments in the field.
Compensation That Rewards Your Hustle
We recognize and reward results! Here’s how we support your earning potential:
- First Appointment Bonus: $500 bonus following your first completed appointment.
- Completed Visit Payment: Earn $250 per qualifying appointment. To qualify, visits must meet the following:
- The property is solar-eligible.
- All decision-makers are present.
- The homeowner’s electricity usage justifies solar installation.
- The homeowner confirms a 650+ credit score.
- A full solar presentation is delivered.
- Sales Bonus: Receive $300 bi-weekly for each sale marked as “Closed Won.”
