What You’ll Do

As a Field Solar Consultant, you’ll be the face of Venture Solar—connecting with homeowners, educating them on the benefits of going solar, and helping guide them toward a greener, more cost-effective energy future.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Completing training quickly and communicating regularly with your manager.
  • Learning and confidently presenting our solar energy solutions.
  • Identifying eligible residential properties for solar installations.
  • Generating leads and booking qualified appointments in the field.

Compensation That Rewards Your Hustle

We recognize and reward results! Here’s how we support your earning potential:

  • First Appointment Bonus: $500 bonus following your first completed appointment.
  • Completed Visit Payment: Earn $250 per qualifying appointment. To qualify, visits must meet the following:
    • The property is solar-eligible.
    • All decision-makers are present.
    • The homeowner’s electricity usage justifies solar installation.
    • The homeowner confirms a 650+ credit score.
