Job Description

Do you want to make a real impact on the clean energy sector? We are looking for a dedicated professional to join our Operations and Maintenance team.

In this role of Electrotechnician, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of photovoltaic power plants. You will manage technical aspects across electrical, IT, and mechanical disciplines, ensuring optimal performance for our installations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implementing and maintaining monitoring systems at photovoltaic power plants to ensure operational efficiency
  • Testing new hardware/software systems within the power plant infrastructure
  • Programming and performing regular maintenance on PLC drivers
  • Collaborating with technical managers to resolve technical challenges
  • Advising on technical solutions to improve our systems and the operational efficiency of photovoltaic power plants
  • Creating, updating, and managing technical documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards
  • Providing technical support to the control room and service technicians working across power plants
  • Communicating with customers and providing professional support and information

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an electrician in the renewable energy or industrial sector
  • Electrotechnical secondary education
  • Valid over 1 kV Polish Electrical Association certificate (SEP D, E) is an advantage
  • Strong technical knowledge in electrical systems, analysis, and troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of SCADA systems is an advantage
  • Driving license and willingness to travel – 30% of the time you will be travelling to our customers
  • Good communication skills to properly communicate technical issues to our customers
  • Fluent Polish; English at a communicative level for internal communication with colleagues
