As the Contractor, HRIS & BI Analyst - Contractor, you will be responsible for providing support and coverage with various tasks related to data management and HRIS improvement. This position will be reporting to HR Operations Lead, and is estimated to be a 3-4 month assignment for the right candidate.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Dashboard Development & Maintenance: Design, develop, and maintain high-impact dashboards using Power BI to visualize key HR metrics and support various stakeholder requests.
- Advanced Reporting & Analytics: Generate complex reports, analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and discrepancies, and ensure data integrity. Proactively provide insightful recommendations based on your analysis.
- HRIS System Management: Accurately manage and update employee information within Ceridian Dayforce, including personal details, job titles, salaries, and benefits.
- System Optimization & Support: Collaborate with IT and HR teams to optimize Dayforce functionality, troubleshoot system issues, and provide expert support to employees regarding HRIS-related inquiries.
- Compliance & Data Security: Ensure all HRIS processes and practices comply with relevant legal requirements, including data privacy and security regulations. Support payroll compliance efforts.
- Training & Documentation: Assist in developing and delivering training material for HR staff and end-users on Dayforce and reporting tools. Create and update comprehensive user manuals and documentation.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with HR team members, IT professionals, and other stakeholders to support HR initiatives and projects, such as performance management and talent acquisition.
Qualifications and Skills
- EXPERIENCE WORKING WITHIN A HUMAN RESOURCES TEAM IS MANDATORY.
- Power BI Mastery: Proven experience designing, developing, and deploying sophisticated dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Extensive Experience with Ceridian Dayforce: Demonstrated expert-level proficiency in Dayforce, including advanced administration, configuration, comprehensive reporting capabilities and import/export management.
- Data Management & Analysis Expertise: Highly proficient in data management, analysis, and reporting using tools such as Excel, SQL, and other data visualization platforms.
- Data Integration Expertise: Proficient in data integration principles and practices, with experience in connecting various HR and business systems. This includes familiarity with tools and methodologies for seamless data exchange.
- Analytical Acumen: Exceptional analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Meticulous Attention to Detail: Impeccable attention to detail, ensuring data accuracy and report integrity.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with all levels of stakeholders, including HR, IT, and leadership.
- Independent & Proactive: Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Remuneration
- $40 - $45 USD per hour
