Job Description

Your tasks

  • Maintenance of ENERCON wind turbines according to Global Service standards and work instructions: Proper, safe and on time execution of master, grease and wind based maintenance. Execute all necessary retrofitting and software updates according to ENERCON instructions and guidelines.
  • Troubleshooting of wind turbines: Evaluation of the condition of the wind turbines. Detect the root cause of faults by using ENERCON software tools and electrical drawings. Contact first level engineering support if necessary and proceed to troubleshooting with the use of the proper spare part.
  • Completion of open works of wind turbines: Record after maintenance the remaining works of the wind turbines. Order materials if necessary.
  • Participation in project & major components replacement activities: According to their skills and experience, service technicians can perform cabling and commissioning works on newly installed wind turbines and support on the craning works for major components replacements.
  • Follow health & safety rules: Apply knowledge and expertise to identify hazards and ensure the safe execution of activities. Be able to follow Health & Safety procedures according to Company’s and local regulations.
  • Proper & on time preparation and submission of service reports: Submit proper and on time maintenance protocols, troubleshooting reports and register service hours reports.
  • Plan & submit material orders, monitor material stock: Evaluate stock and place material orders prior to the maintenance and troubleshooting activities.

Your qualifications

  • Bachelor degree of Electrical Engineering (TEI or ASPAITE)
  • English language
  • PC Literate
  • Travel availability
  • No health issues affecting work at heights
  • Driving license
