We are now looking for a Field Service Coordinator to join our team working for a better future.

The position is permanent and the preferred location is in Surgères, France but can be remote with frequent travel to Surgères.

What you will be doing

You will oversee and coordinate field service resources and activities at sites, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction.

As Field Service Coordinator your work will focus on these responsibilities:

  • Coordinates and schedules field service operations, aligning team efforts with customer requirements and service standards.
  • Collaborates with customers and other external stakeholders and acts as a point of contact for field service teams, facilitating communication and shared awareness between technicians, customers, and relevant internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitors field service activities to ensure compliance with safety protocols, service standards, and operational processes as well as customer policies, guidelines and regulations.
  • Assists in the resolution of technical and operational issues, providing support and guidance to field service personnel.
  • Contributes to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying and implementing enhancements to field service processes.
  • Maintains accurate records of field service activities, including resource allocation, service delivery timelines, and customer feedback.
  • Manages contracts and executes contract delivery management activities, managing the operational and commercial aspects of contract delivery.
  • Implements contract management and delivery management approaches, guidelines, processes and tools to manage contracts and contract delivery effectively. Contributes to the improvement of contract management practices by providing insights and recommendations based on specialist knowledge.
  • Maintains up-to-date expertise in contract management, staying informed of market best practices and industry standards.
  • Manages customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for additional sales. Collaborates with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks associated with contract management and execution, and to facilitate effective contract delivery and resolve issues.
  • Monitors contract performance including customer satisfaction, service delivery quality and timeliness, alignment of deliverables with contractual obligations and contract profitability, analysing performance and generating reports to support decision-making and continuous improvement. Identifies and implements improvements where feasible.
  • Supports contract negotiations and revisions, balancing organizational interests with customer needs. Identifies opportunities for additional sales towards customer.

  • Maintains and develops expertise in field service, providing up-to-date information and knowledge to guide others.
  • Proficient knowledge in contract management and delivery. Gains experience in managing simpler contracts and understanding customer and product basics, with an emphasis on learning and skill development.
  • Encourages ideas for improving field service operations, contributing to process development and addressing complex problems.
