Your Qualifications

  • Proven experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes, ideally in a technical or international setting.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously, with excellent attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset and familiarity with HR metrics, particularly those related to hiring and retention.
  • Confident use of recruitment tools and platforms, including LinkedIn, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and databases.
  • Proactive and collaborative approach to working with internal teams, hiring managers, and external partners.

Optional

  • Familiarity with employer branding activities, such as social media recruitment or career event planning.
  • Basic understanding of labor law and GDPR/data privacy requirements.
  • Experience with international recruitment processes or cooperation with Global Mobility teams (e.g., A1 documentation, eligibility checks).
  • Exposure to employee engagement or retention-related initiatives supported by data or process work.
  • Ability to identify and engage niche or hard-to-find talent using alternative sourcing channels.

Your Role

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process – from gathering requirements to extending job offers – in close collaboration with Hiring Managers and Resource Planning teams, specializing in the recruitment of wind turbine technicians.
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing methods (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, referrals) to build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
  • Coordinate hiring processes, including candidate communication, document collection, and collaboration with the Global Mobility team when necessary.
  • Organize and continuously improve the onboarding process by ensuring a smooth handover of candidate data to HR Administration and a positive new hire experience.
  • Support analysis of workforce trends, including turnover data, exit interview feedback, and engagement results – and work with HR Business Partners on targeted retention strategies.
  • Prepare and present recruitment and retention reports and dashboards (e.g., time-to-hire, turnover rates) to internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure all recruitment and retention activities comply with local labor laws, GDPR, and internal policies.
  • Support employer branding initiatives through social media presence, participation in job fairs, and cooperation with universities and local communities.
