Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Engineer - Process Expert to join our team in Szczecin. In this role, you will drive manufacturing excellence across our global operations by defining best practices, developing process standards, and leading PFMEA and Control Plan activities. You will work closely with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and IT teams to ensure Design for Excellence (DfX) and support innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement global manufacturing process standards to support performance improvement and optimization.
  • Drive adoption of best practices in product design, manufacturing efficiency, and quality management.
  • Apply DfX principles to shorten project timelines, reduce costs, and improve product development.
  • Strengthen risk management and quality assurance through advanced PFMEA development.
  • Collaborate with R&D and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transitions from prototype to production.
  • Explore and implement advanced manufacturing technologies and automation solutions.
  • Use data analytics to identify and deliver impactful process improvements.
  • Promote continuous improvement and operational excellence across the organization.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and sustainability.

Our requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing, industrial engineering, or a related field.
  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Production Engineering, or similar disciplines.
  • Strong background in manufacturing or industrial engineering processes.
  • Proficiency in CAD/CAE tools for 3D design and engineering analysis.
  • Hands-on expertise in PFMEA and Control Plan creation and implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process optimization methodologies.
  • Demonstrated experience managing the full process development lifecycle-from concept to implementation.
  • Understanding of safety, ergonomics, and sustainability requirements in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with automation, digitalization, and integration of systems such as MES/ERP
