- Zusammenarbeit in einem 3-köpfigen dynamischen Team und unterschiedlichen Arbeitskolleg:innen aus anderen Fachbereichen
- Durchführung von Marktanalysen und Erschließung neuer Geschäftspotentiale
- Analyse von Wind- und Solarparks und Kalkulation neuer Angebote
- Analyse von Portfoliostrukturen und Entwicklung von Hedgingstrategien
- Bewirtschaftung und Monitoring des PPA-Portfolios
- Du arbeitest mit dem System Kisters BelVis
In unserem Energiehandel arbeiten 30 Kolleg:innen aus unterschiedlichen Standorten zusammen. Im Gegensatz zu den meisten Energieversorgern kauft naturstrom nicht an der Strombörse ein, sondern bezieht seine Ökostrommengen aus Wind, Sonne oder Wasserkraft direkt bei den Erzeugern. Und das so nachhaltig und günstig wie möglich.Wir haben hier offene Türen und Duz-Kultur. Es gibt einen lebendigen Austausch über die Standorte hinweg – sowohl beruflich als auch bei Events wie Grillabenden und Mitarbeitendentreffen. Deine Weiterbildung und berufliche Entwicklung fördern wir individuell. Mit flexiblen Arbeitszeitmodellen und Vertrauensarbeitszeit lassen sich Job und Familie gut vereinbaren, Homeoffice ist grundsätzlich an zwei Tagen pro Woche möglich.
Deine Qualifikationen
- Ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im Bereich Energie, wie z. B. Energiewirtschaft, Energietechnik, erneuerbare Energie, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare qualifizierte Ausbildung
- Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Direktvermarktung von Erneuerbaren Energien oder im Stromhandel
- Idealerweise Vorerfahrung in der Anwendung mit energiewirtschaftlicher Software
