Job Description

Our mission is to turn data into market-beating trading strategies by using sophisticated mathematical models and cutting-edge technology. The core team consists of top-class developers, quant analysts and traders who are using their accumulated know-how to create a state-of-the-art platform. What would you work on

  • Leading sales activities for our flexibility portfolio.
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of sales strategies for our ‘Trading as a Service’ offering.
  • Identifying and acquiring new customers in the field of battery storage and medium-size power plant operators.
  • Independently conducting contract negotiations and designing individual marketing solutions.
  • Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships with operators, project developers and investors.
  • Creating compelling offers and presentations based on concrete performance data from our existing portfolio.
  • Analyzing customer requirements and working closely with our analytics team to develop tailored marketing strategies.
  • Representing Second Foundation at conferences, trade fairs and industry events.
  • Monitoring market developments and competitor activities.

What makes you a great candidate

  • Professional experience in B2B sales in the energy sector.
  • In-depth understanding of energy markets and trading products.
  • Strong technical understanding of power plants and storage technologies.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Initiative, entrepreneurial thinking and goal-oriented approach.
  • Willingness to travel within Germany.
  • Fluent German and at least basic English language skills.
  • Class B driving license.
