Du unterstützt uns aktiv im Tagesgeschäft und sammelst viele wertvolle Erfahrung in der Personalarbeit, insbesondere im Recruiting und der Personaladministration durch Übernahme folgender Tätigkeiten:

Bewerberadministration, Terminkoordination und Bearbeiten von Bewerberanfragen sowie Sichten von Bewerbungen und ggf. Teilnahme an Interviews
Vorbereiten und Schalten von Stellenanzeigen auf verschiedenen Jobportalen
Unterstützung in der Personalsachbearbeitung, allgemeinen Administration, z. B. Zeugnis- und Vertragserstellung, Abwesenheitsmanagement sowie Dateneingabe und -pflege
Übernahme weiterer abwechslungsreicher Aufgaben in der Personalabteilung, z. B. Mitwirkung an Projekten, Erstellen von Auswertungen, Recherchen, Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung unserer Prozesse

Deine Qualifikationen

als eingeschriebene:r Student:in kannst Du uns min. 15 Std./Woche unterstützen; möglich sind bis zu 20 Std./Woche
Du hast Interesse und Spaß an den Themen der Personalarbeit in Unternehmen und belegst optimalerweise Kurse aus passenden Studiengängen, wie z. B. Personal, Psychologie, Recht, Betriebswirtschaftslehre (BWL), Personalmanagement, Personalpsychologie, Wirtschaftspsychologie, Wirtschaftspädagogik, Wirtschaftsrecht, Rechtswissenschaften oder vergleichbar
mit MS Office bist Du gut vertraut
Wenn Du dann noch Freude an der Arbeit im Team hast und an einer längerfristigen studentischen Tätigkeit bei uns (optimal die nächsten ein bis zwei Jahre) interessiert bist, dann sollten wir uns kennenlernen!
