AERONES, a Global Leader in advanced Wind Turbine Maintenance and Robotics, are seeking a Instructor/Trainer to join our Training Center Team within Operations. We’re looking for someone who is highly skilled and experienced in the Wind Industry and Robotics (or similar Industry) with a genuine passion for Teaching and Mentoring others.

About Us
We specialize in cutting-edge Robotic Solutions that ensure Safety, efficiency, and top-tier service for the Wind Energy Industry and the Training Centre Team assist in the Training and Upskilling of our current and future employees. Our Team are made up of friendly and knowledgeable people. You will Join us team from our new larger Training facility located at 1800 Shady Oaks Dr, Denton, Texas. This role will require Travel to other sites.
About the Role
What are the main responsibilities of this Role?
- Develop and continuously improve Training Materials, including presentations, manuals, assignments, and other relevant resources
- Stay up to date with industry requirements and emerging trends, integrating relevant developments into the Training Program
- Ensure that the Training Plans emphasize with Safety embedded as a core principle while maintaining a strong focus on delivering high-quality Customer Service
- Provide individual support to participants to ensure achievement of learning objectives
- Monitor and evaluate participants' progress, offering regular, constructive feedback to support their development.
- Report on results according to the Direct Supervisor's instructions, ensuring transparent and efficient management
- Conduct Training during Business Trips or Project settings (when necessary). This will include to organize in Wind Turbine training schedules, conducting training in the Turbine, and participate in Training Trips
Requirements
Does the below match your Qualifications, Skills & Experience?
- Previous experience in Leading Technical Training sessions with a strong focus on Safety and Customer Services
- Valid Drivers License
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
Experience in the Wind Industry (or similar Industry) will be considered advantages.
