Shape the future of Wind Turbine Robotics through effective resource management and passion.

AERONES, a Global Leader in advanced Wind Turbine Maintenance and Robotics, are seeking a Resource Manager to join our Resource Planning Team within Operations. We’re looking for someone who is highly skilled and experienced in the Wind Industry and Robotics (or similar Industry working with a workforce working on a roster or a willingness to learn) with a genuine passion for Workforce Planning, Scheduling and Resource Allocation.

About the Role

What are the main responsibilities of this Role?

  • Develop and maintain rotation schedules — typically based on 8-week on / 2-week off (R&R) cycles, with flexibility to accommodate alternative patterns (e.g., 4:1 or 2:2 rotations) —to ensure optimal workforce planning, compliance with regulatory requirements, and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and forecast workforce requirements to align staffing levels with project demands, proactively preventing overstaffing or shortages.
  • Implement adaptive staffing strategies in response to changing operational priorities, project timelines, and resource availability.
  • Analyze workforce data and scheduling trends to improve labor allocation, optimize resource utilization, and produce regular reports on staffing levels, availability, and associated costs.
  • Develop contingency and backup staffing plans to mitigate the impact of unexpected absences or personnel shortages.
  • Collaborate closely with Team Members and cross-functional Departments to ensure accurate, timely updates to schedules, resource databases, and personnel records.

Requirements

Does the below match your Qualifications, Skills & Experience?

  • Previous experience in Workforce Planning & Scheduling, Roster Planning, Resource Allocation & Optimization or similar function.
  • Effective and timely Communication with Stakeholders
  • Continuous Improvement mindset, establishing and implementing new Resource Management Software (or similar) to ensuring worklife balance of the technical workforce
  • Valid Drivers License
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)

Experience in the Wind Industry (or similar Industry) will be considered advantages.
