Job Description
We are looking for an EMEA/APAC Regional Customer Quality Director who will join the Quality Team and help us make the world a better place through innovation, which means we’re taking risks and questioning conventional thinking, and developing new technologies and ways of doing business – leading the way, every single day.

Your day-to-day – We do what others say can’t be done
- Develop and implement the regional customer quality strategy aligned with corporate objectives, focusing on enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers to understand their needs and expectations, ensuring that quality standards are met consistently.
- Lead and mentor a team of customer quality engineers, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability and continuous improvement within the team.
- Oversee the management of customer complaints and quality issues, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication with customers and internal teams.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, R&D and supply chain teams to address quality concerns and improve product reliability.
Your Profile – Ready to join the Pack?
- Bachelor's of Science in Electrical, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or related degree.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in quality management, or a similar role
- Strong knowledge in quality systems, semiconductor wafer fabrication, assembly and test operations or automotive applications.
- Good understanding of the global automotive business, customer requirements and end user behavior.
- The ability to operate in a fast pace, highly dynamic environment, at a detailed execution level, as well as on a tactical / strategic level.
- This role may require additional duties and/or assignments as designated by management.
