Feststellung der Funktionsfähigkeit aller relevanten haustechnischen Anlagen
Selbstständige Fehlersuche und Behebung von Störungen an der technischen Gebäudeausrüstung
Durchführung von Inbetriebnahmen gemäß Herstellervorgaben
Eigenverantwortliche Inspektionen, Wartungen und Prüfungen von gebäudetechnischen Anlagen (z.B.: Wärmepumpen/Heizung/Klima )
