Tes missions
Travaillant en trinôme pour les agents et en binôme pour les techniciens, et sous la supervision d’un Chargé d'exploitation, tu auras pour mission de t’assurer que les éoliennes de nos clients tournent à leur capacité maximale.
Tu joueras un rôle essentiel pour garantir la fidélité de nos clients sur le long terme.
Tu réaliseras des révisions techniques périodiques et nettoyage des éoliennes, et effectueras des opérations d’améliorations techniques, tout en respectant les normes Qualité, Sécurité, Environnement Vestas.
En tant qu’agents
- Tu as un profil CAP / BEP avec expérience ou un Bac pro (maintenance, électrotechnique, mécanique…), avec idéalement 2 à 5 ans d'expérience en maintenance industrielle ou électricité, avec des connaissances en haute tension.
- Nous t’offrons un CDI 4 jours/semaine, avec un salaire annuel brut de base entre 24 000 euros et 28 000 euros selon expérience, une prise en charge des repas, des prestations santé avantageuses (téléconsultations médicales 24h/24h, programmes interactifs bien-être, etc…), intéressement et participation, avantages du CSE (chèques cadeaux).
En tant que technicien
- Tu as un profil Bac pro minimum exigé, BTS / DUT Maintenance Industrielle ou Électrotechnique ou équivalent souhaité, et une 1ère d'expérience en maintenance industrielle ou électricité, avec des connaissances en haute tension. (la formation "maintenance éolienne" certifiée par le BZEE serait un plus).
- Rémunération annuelle brute (fixe + variable) entre 29000 € et 34 000 € selon expérience, incluant salaire de base et primes diverses. Un statut cadre avec 12 à 15 jours de repos/an supplémentaires, la prise en charge des repas, des prestations santé avantageuses (téléconsultations médicales 24h/24h, programmes interactifs bien-être, etc…), intéressement et participation, les avantages du CSE (notamment chèques cadeaux).
Les compétences requises
- Dynamique, autonome, un esprit d’équipe et engagement envers la sécurité.
- Connaissances du Pack Office. Anglais technique (écrit et oral serait un plus)
- Déplacements fréquents sur un périmètre régional. (Mobilité)
