Your main responsibilities are

  • Be responsible for project management for the projects under the lean delivery model;
  • Interfacing with sales and sales engineers to understand the contract requirement;
  • Interacting with the internal stakeholders such as engineering, planning, logistics, trade finance for the smooth execution of a project;
  • Be the main contact with external customers for the delivery of a project and resolve any issues that may pop up during the project phase
  • Other tasks assigned by line manager.

You will shine in this role when you have

  • Must be able to communicate in Korean;
  • 8~10 years related working experiences in international companies, preferably in marine industry.
  • Excellent leadership, team development, communication skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, teamwork mindset.
  • Hard working, demonstrating strong accountability.
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills in English and Mandarin.
  • Bachelor of Engineering or above.
