- Own the full design process — from discovery to delivery — within your product team
- Plan and lead user research to identify needs and opportunities
- Translate insights into user-centered and scalable solutions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and key business stakeholders to ensure solutions are feasible, aligned, and ready to scale
- Contribute to and evolve our MUI-based Design System
- Guide other designers through mentoring, feedback, and knowledge sharing
- Drive the integration of strategic and operational design work (80/20 model)
- Help shape our design culture and advocate for climate impact in every decision
Who you are
- You bring 5+ years of experience in product design, ideally in B2B software environments
- You are proficient in user research, interaction design, and visual execution
- You can communicate and advocate your design decisions clearly and confidently
- You know how to collaborate in a product triangle (PM–Design–Engineering)
- You have experience using and contributing to a Design System
- You think strategically and care about measurable outcomes
- You are passionate about climate action and want your work to make a difference
- You are fluent in English; German is a plus
