Job Description
Join our dynamic team and play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of photovoltaic parks while utilising your analytical skills and attention to detail to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitoring of photovoltaic parks and off-grid systems
- Evaluation data, solving reported alerts, and reporting
- Creating technical documentation, adding data to the database
- Testing new systems
- Daily communication with customers
- Managing service technicians during service activities
- Cooperation with the technical implementation team
Qualifications and Experience
- Strong Analytical skills and logical thinking
- An eye for detail, accuracy and patience
- Strong sense of responsibility
- English (B2+) and Czech (B2+)
- Willingness to work on a shift pattern
- Experience with ticketing system is an advantage
- Experience with SLA is an advantage
