Are you a detail-oriented finance professional with a passion for driving business performance through insightful analysis and strategic planning? Join our dynamic team as a Financial Controller and play a key role in shaping the financial future of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

Supporting the Controlling Team in delivering regular, timely, and accurate financial information and analysis
Preparing monthly consolidated management accounts, reports, and variance analysis for management
Collaborating on budgeting, forecasting, and business planning with stakeholders
Conducting ad-hoc analysis, project controlling, and customer profitability assessments for all business lines
Providing comprehensive support to all business lines in performance management and forecasting of income, operational, and indirect costs
Actively participating in the improvement and development of internal systems, processes and controls
Daily cooperation with the head of the department and with colleagues from other departments

Qualifications and Experience

At least 3 years of experience in accounting or controlling
Advanced English (verbal and written) and professional level of Czech language
Very strong MS Excel skills and SQL basics
Good analytical skills and strong numerical awareness
Confident communicator and motivated team player
Ability to work independently and proactively
