Your Tasks
- Management of complex, cross-functional technology projects or concept studies
- Transparent, cascaded evaluation of different turbine concepts in terms of LCoE, timeframe, budget and risks for targeted management decisions
- Realization of project goals and technology maturity with a cross-functional project team until the handover to the company development
- Ensuring transparency of project progress and early identification of challenges as well as initiating countermeasures
- Responsibility for on-time delivery of project results, budget and quality
Your Qualifications
- Diploma or Master's degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or an equivalent degree
- At least 5 years of experience in managing complex projects, preferably with PM certification
- Experience in the development of wind turbines or technologies
- Very good communication skills, both written and spoken
- High quality awareness and assertiveness
- Very good English and German skills combined with intercultural experience
