Your Tasks

Management of complex, cross-functional technology projects or concept studies
Transparent, cascaded evaluation of different turbine concepts in terms of LCoE, timeframe, budget and risks for targeted management decisions
Realization of project goals and technology maturity with a cross-functional project team until the handover to the company development
Ensuring transparency of project progress and early identification of challenges as well as initiating countermeasures
Responsibility for on-time delivery of project results, budget and quality

Your Qualifications

Diploma or Master's degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or an equivalent degree
At least 5 years of experience in managing complex projects, preferably with PM certification
Experience in the development of wind turbines or technologies
Very good communication skills, both written and spoken
High quality awareness and assertiveness
Very good English and German skills combined with intercultural experience
