Job Description

For over 25 years, Natural Power has been driving positive change in renewable energy. If you’re passionate about sustainability and want to use your skills to support the transition to a cleaner future, we’d love to hear from you.

We’re looking for a Plant Mechanic to join our Geotechnical Construction team, helping to keep our specialist machinery running at its best and supporting renewable projects across the UK.

What You’ll Do

  • Carry out routine maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics on a variety of plant and equipment
  • Support bespoke fabrication projects in the workshop
  • Maintain accurate service records and develop maintenance schedules
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards at all times
  • Travel to site locations to carry out field-based repairs when required

What We’re Looking For

  • Mechanical and/or electrical experience with plant or machinery
  • Strong problem-solving and fault-finding skills
  • A proactive team player with a hands-on approach
  • Full UK driving licence (trailer licence an advantage)
  • First aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
