Job Content, Responsibilities, and Possibilities

As a Consultant for P2X O&M Requirements & OPEX Modelling, you will participate in the definition of the Operations Strategy of our clients P2X plants clients and ensure that is broken down and documented into detailed O&M requirements and a detailed OPEX budget across all scopes of the P2X plant to ensure a safe, efficient, and reliable Operations set-up.

More specifically, your areas of responsibility will be:

• Work in client P2X projects in the Operations Readiness workstream to identify P2X O&M requirements based on the Operations Strategy and 'best-in-class' knowledge collaborating closely with project managers, OEMs, EPCs, and client stakeholders
• Build and maintain OPEX models, analysing costs, risks, and performance scenarios
• Support procurement of Operator- and Service contracts by giving input to Owner's technical requirements
• Support the implementation of Operations Readiness programs across P2X projects, with focus on execution and day-1 readiness
• Depending on your specific profile you will also have the opportunity to contribute to delivering technical workstreams in the early development phase as Electrical, Mechanical or Process Engineer

What you Bring and your Qualities

We're looking for a technically strong and client focused Consultant with a passion for sustainable energy systems and an educational Engineer background with a strong commercial understanding.

Furthermore, the ideal candidate brings the following skills and personal attributes:

• 2-5 years of experience delivering Operations Readiness for industrial process plants. Experience with hydrogen, e-Fuels, ammonia, or other P2X or energy processing applications is a clear advantage but not a must
• P2X domain expertise from working in an OEM (preferably ab electrolyser or technology licensor); or a Project Developer/utility developing P2X projects; or a Consultancy/Engineering firm focused on P2X or renewables
• Practical experience with OPEX modelling from the P2X or related industry
• Good understanding of O&M contracts - Operator and Service supplier contracts
• Structured, detail-oriented, and motivated by enabling clients' Operations Readiness
• Strong communication skills, able to collaborate across client and project teams
• Willingness to travel and work on international projects
