Job Summary

This role combines solid ServiceNow Platform Administrator and ITSM skills, with experience in integrating ServiceNow with other platforms. This position will also be a backup to CMDB, SecOps and Discovery related subjects.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for platform Manageability, Performance, Security and Upgradeability.
• Lead ServiceNow upgrade projects. Lead instance cloning activities.
• Create and maintain the required internal ServiceNow documentation.
• Manage and Commit update sets. Manage the ServiceNow Users and Groups.
• Execute the platform maintenance tasks defined on internal documents. Resolve platform related Incidents.
• Implement and support the required ServiceNow integrations.
• Implement changes and support the ITSM solution.
• Work in partnership with other ServiceNow Team members.
• Be a backup person to CMDB, SecOps and Discovery related activities.

Requirements

Minimum of 4 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience;

• Strong knowledge in Platform Administration, ITSM, and Integrations;
• Experience with CMDB, SecOps, and Discovery is a plus;
• Good communication and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to work in an international environment.
