You will thrive in this position if

  • You exceed at people skills
  • You get a kick out of working with people, a lot of them, and getting them to meet in a common understanding, conclusion and idea of what is to be done.
  • You are not afraid of asking questions - both the tough and the "silly" ones (we believe that there is no such thing)
  • You accept that some things take longer to achieve, and can keep up the spirit and pace, even when it seems like the work isn't progressing
  • You have a passion for solving complex problems
  • You can act calmly and intelligently in times of crisis
  • You take responsibility and like to run with the task independently

It would be great if

  • You have an education related to security studies or risk management.
  • You have an understanding of business continuity, physical security, and crisis management in the renewable energy or critical infrastructure context.
  • You have experience developing frameworks and toolkits for risk or resilience-related programs.
  • You have great communication skills both written and oral in Danish and English.
  • You are a team player who understands that resilience is a field that interconnects with many different departments and areas, and you have a willingness to understand the needs of others.
  • You are a storyteller that can convince others of why contingency and preparing for worst case scenarios is important even though is it not always the highest priority for the other party.
  • You can speak effectively before a broad range of groups of stakeholders, business partners, and employees in all areas of the organization.

With us, you get

  • The opportunity to work with various stakeholders across all departments and countries, and at all levels across European Energy.
  • The opportunity to develop frameworks, toolkits, and capabilities from scratch and the opportunity to implement them at first-mover development projects in the green transition.

  • The possibility to work in an entrepreneurial environment where gaining hands-on experience is encouraged, while at the same time, new ideas and proactivity are valued.
  • We make an effort to welcome you as our new colleague. We prepare individual onboarding plans for everyone and you will be assigned a buddy prior to your first day.
