Operations and Maintenance Junior Operator/Analyst

What you will do

• Analyze field performance data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Support the development and implementation of preventive maintenance strategies.
• Prepare and maintain field operations reports, ensuring accuracy and actionability.
• Collaborate with operational teams to address and resolve technical issues.
• Contribute to compliance monitoring by identifying gaps and proposing corrective actions.
• Leverage digital tools and technology to streamline reporting and analysis workflows.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and recommend optimization solutions.
• Stay informed on emerging tools, technologies, and best practices in field operations.

What are we looking for

• Degree in Engineering suggested
• Preferably 1+ years in photovoltaic plant maintenance
• Strong knowledge of maintenance process in photovoltaic area
• Ability to lead initiatives and contribute to process transformation.
• Fluency in Italian and English.
