How to Contribute to Our Vision

• Ensures adherence to defined guidelines, processes and procedures.
• Ensures achievement of agreed performance standards.
• Contributes to budget planning and resource allocation.
• Prioritizes and assigns tasks to the team members, and checks progress of transactions and workflows.
• Proposes procedures improvements and implements technical infrastructure.
• Manages transactions with involved internal and external parties.
• Responds to operations related enquiries, as an escalation point of contact.
• Reports accurately and timely to accountable management.
• Leads employees in the team assigned.

What You Need to Make a Difference

• Experience as preventive and corrective maintenance technician in G114 turbines and Siemens Gamesa Technology models.
• Academic profile: Electrical, electromechanical, mechatronics engineer.
• Language: English is desirable (not essential).
• Knowledge in industrial safety in work at height and in wind turbines.
• Knowledge in strategic planning management, resource allocation and personnel coordination.
