Work Preparator Maintenance and Monitoring (Offshore Wind)

For our business unit Offshore Wind, more specific for our M&M (Maintenance and Monitoring team) situated in Hoboken (Antwerp), we are looking for a Work Preparator Maintenance and Monitoring (Offshore Wind).

Your assignment & the main purpose of the position?

  • support of M&M project managers in the preparation of offshore interventions, with respect to necessary materials and tools, and preparation of RAMS
  • support to the Maintenance Engineer in the elaboration of RCA, and in the review of Operation and Maintenance manuals
  • support to the Construction and Engineering department on ad hoc base (e.g. preparation of FAT, MC and HAT protocols, assistance to FAT and HAT testing)
  • you have external contacts with suppliers, clients, subcontractors
  • you have internal contacts with all departments within Equans Offshore

What are your tasks as Work Preparator Maintenance and Monitoring?

  • prepare Purchase Requests and follow up PO and deliveries
  • prepare material and tool packages ready for shipment to offshore departure harbors
  • prepare RAMS documents
  • prepare first drafts of RCA under guidance of the Maintenance Engineer
  • prepare first drafts of FAT, MC, HAT protocols for discussion with System Engineers
  • review O&M manuals and summarize comments for discussion with the maintenance engineers and system engineers
  • follow up of tasks in Planner, and report to the management on a regular base
  • capture Lessons Learned and share them according to Equans’ procedures

What do you need?

  • you have a bachelor’s degree electromechanics or electricity
  • good knowledge of electricity and instrumentation
  • knowledge of common Office packages
  • knowledge of Offshore procedures is a plus
  • good insight in the processes and P&ID of the systems installed on the platform
  • practical knowledge of materials and its applications
  • able to work in a team and promoting team spirit
  • big awareness for in-time-delivery of materials, tools, documents
  • Dutch and good knowledge of English or French

International context, working abroad, working offshore, working during weekends,… might occur.
