Your future role

  • Managing a team of Teamleaders and Sales Managers optimizing strategies to accelerate growth and profitability.
  • Strong CRM proficiency to drive proactive Service Portfolios in a global matrix sales organization.
  • Foster collaboration and ownership with Regional Sales Teams and drive regional target achievement and customer success.
  • Prepare and drive the global Service sales Go-To-Market strategy and ensure the achievement of the sales targets set.
  • Build a competitively high performing sales organization by attracting, developing and retaining talent.

Your profile

  • The basis of your success is a Masters Degree in Engineering or Business Administration
  • 10+ years of proven competence and experience in sales leadership
  • 10+ years of successful track record of Sales Management and Sales Strategy in meeting and exceeding targets
  • Strategic leader with high level of ownership and very good customer relationship skills, market insights and people leadership skills
