We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager, to take the lead in managing and optimizing millions in ad spend across various offline channels (TV, Radion, OOH), YouTube and Podcasts. You will develop and execute strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and maximize ROI.

Your Impact

  • P&L Ownership: Oversee millions of euros in advertising spend for your channels
  • Strategy Development: Collaborate with media planning agencies to formulate a test-and-learn strategy for upper funnel/above-the-line ad spend, encompassing TV, VOD, OOH, and radio. Continuously refine strategies based on performance data and market trends
  • Brand Impact and ROI Measurement: Partner with media planning agencies to establish robust brand and ROI measurement for offline channels. Analyse performance metrics, interpret results, and adjust media spend strategies to enhance effectiveness
  • YouTube Strategy and Campaing Management: In Google Ads, create, manage, and steer 360 degree YouTube campaings targeting awareness, consideration, and action. Implement and evaluate brand lift studies on YouTube to measure campaign impact
  • Podcast Advertising: Develop a strategic roadmap and measurement plan for podcast advertising (e. g. pre-/mid-/post-roll ads, host reads etc. in podcasts with high audience affinity)
  • Campaign Management: Ensure high-quality execution of campaings across all designated channels

What can you bring

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field of study
  • At least 5 years of full-time experience in digital or offline marketing
  • Analytic and data-driven, demonstrated by a track record of deriving actionable insights from broad data sets and hypothesis-driven AB testing
  • Clear communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal and external partners
  • Self-motivated and takes ownership for driving results
  • Great attention to detail, for both process and numbers
  • Experience with Google Ads or Google Certification (YouTube) preferred
  • Passionate about clean tech or sustainability - optional
  • Languages: English, German optional
