Business Operations Analyst

Position: Business Operations Analyst

Location: Greater Nashville Area ONLY

Overview: We are seeking an innovative Business Operations Analyst to assist in streamlining the efficiency across our business operations. Your duties will include helping to increase productivity and efficiency within the team.

Main Responsibilities

• Document and ensure execution of annual tactics in support of COO Leadership Team (LT) goals
• Drive the Contract Review Board by documenting, following up, and ensuring progress
• Manage and maintain RAID log for leadership team
• Working with leadership to deliver, monitor and communicate progress towards goals
• Provide department leaders with recommendations and consultation to improve teamwork
• Plan, coordinate, and keep contents of a meeting focused
• Provide tactical support to implement Deployment related ideas
• Support Deployment initiatives from ideation to implementation
• Help the Director of Business Integration solve core problems or opportunities within the Development or Delivery processes within the Integrated Deployment teams
• Providing COO and org leaders with insight and analysis on daily operations
• Providing support and oversight for special projects and initiatives
• Support the planning, coordinating and leading of meetings and workshops
• Support cross-functional meeting scheduling within the COO remit
• Spearhead coordination and documentation of LT meetings (weekly, ad-hoc, small-teams, etc.)
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 1-3 years experience as a consultant in a professional services Firm preferred
• Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite
• Must be detailed-oriented and process driven
• Excellent external and internal communication skills
• Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-based environment
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making ability
