Are you an experienced electrician with leadership skills and a passion for delivering high-quality work in the energy sector? Semco Maritime is looking for dedicated Electrical Foremen to join our team in Aalborg, focusing on substation projects.

About the Role

As an Electrical Foreman, you will play a key role in managing electrical installations and maintenance on substations. You will lead a team of electricians, ensuring safety, efficiency, and adherence to project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate electrical work on substations.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Provide technical guidance and support to your team.
• Collaborate with project managers to meet deadlines and objectives.
• Conduct inspections and troubleshoot issues as needed.

Qualifications

• Relevant electrician certification or qualifications.
• Proven experience as a foreman or team leader in electrical projects.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English (Danish is a plus).
