How to Contribute to Our Vision

• Support on customs operations (import & export) in Spain, following the internal SGRE policies and ensure compliance with Customs Union Code.
• Provide response to requests from the Customs Authorities (AEAT)
• Lodge the customs declarations towards the customs authorities in our Self-filling customs system, namely ensuring the following:
  • All the relevant data is available, correct and properly documented.
  • The use of the most adequate and (economically) efficient customs procedure
  • Accuracy of the customs value (e.g., checking the documentation and the internal SAP PO-Orders)
  • Correctness of the preferential documentation and properly file for future customs audits.
  • Monitor and control the customs clearance procedures until conclusion.

Requirements

• Complete university degree (e.g. business administration, law, international trade)
• At least 3 - 5 years of experience in the field of customs processes (import, export, customs classification, preferential/non-preferential origin determination, Intrastat)
• Official title of customs representative, would be a desirable requirement
• International experience (work in international teams, work abroad) is a definite plus
• Experience in customs/ERP IT systems such as SAP, TARIC
• Languages: Native Spanish and high level of spoken and written English (at least B2 level)
• Responsibility, organization, communication and assertiveness skills are valued attributes.
