Sales and PPA Support Working Student (m/w/d)

General Business Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive database for retail contract management, ensuring accurate tracking and easy access to all relevant information.
• Analyze data to extract key insights, optimize processes and tools, and support the sales team with improved efficiency and decision-making.
• Develop and maintain a database of key contacts and stakeholders.
• Stay informed about developments in the renewable energy market, including market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities, to inform contract strategies.
• Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support the coordination and organization of meetings, workshops, and events.

Retail Business Responsibilities

• Prepare commercial offers for tenders and participate in contract management activities related to both retail and Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs).
• Provide support in the onboarding and offboarding of supply points for retail customers.
• Conduct market research to identify potential retail customers and new business opportunities.
• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote retail energy products and services.
• Collaborate with the customer service team to address and resolve customer inquiries and issues.

PPA Business Responsibilities

• Monitor and follow up on the fulfilment of PPA clauses to ensure timely and accurate execution of all contractual obligations.
• Prepare and deliver detailed PPA reports to clients to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices related to PPAs.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Interest in renewable energy and sustainability*.
• Good communication skills in both German and English.
