How to Contribute to Our Vision

  • Assists in the development and implementation of the production road map for 3-5 years.
  • Conducts SPS Screenings / Assessments and reviews key indicators.
  • Drives and supports all Lean activities in the defined area of responsibility.
  • Defines comprehensive standards, description of methods and development of documentation.
  • Deploys and trains subject and method knowledge, and conducts and informs about best practice sharing.
  • Realizes subject knowledge in the calculation of investment decisions resp. implementation plans.
  • Participates in work groups / projects, and facilitates meetings, workshops and coaching from change processes and activities.
  • Analyzes difficult processes / themes / disruptions.
  • Evaluates costs / benefits of the project and controls measure implementation.
  • Manages organization unit(s) assigned, and leads and/or coordinates dedicated management and staff.

What You Need to Make a Difference

  • Minimum 5 years experience in similar roles
  • Required experience in team management
  • Strong knowledge of Office MS package
  • Health and Safety certification will be an advantage Knowledge of SAP and Captor (would be an advantage)
  • University degree in Industrial Engineering
  • English level C1
