Customer Operations Senior Specialist

What you will do

Responsible for leading and coordinating complex activities related to business process analysis, management, and transformation, ensuring alignment between organizational needs, operational efficiency, and customer experience. This role will act as a liaison between business and technology teams, identifying improvement opportunities, implementing solutions, and overseeing the management of energy and energy-service contracting processes for residential-segment customers (ML B2C PT).

• Identify business requirements and translate them into technical and procedural specifications to support the development of solutions;
• Participate in and lead projects, ensuring a balance between process integrity, business needs, and operational efficiency;
• Coordinate training processes and knowledge transfer to operational teams (FO, MO, BO);Monitor and analyze system errors and gaps, developing controls and corrective action plans;
• Collaborate with IT maintenance and development teams to implement improvements and corrections in systems and processes;
• Demonstrate strong communication and alignment capabilities with the automation area to enhance digital transformation and operational efficiency;
• Apply data analysis skills to identify opportunities for continuous improvement;
• Promote initiatives focused on the customer experience, implementing actions that improve the quality of the service provided.

What are we looking for

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Management, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.;
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business process analysis and management roles, preferably with interaction with technology and IT.
• Ability to manage processes, drive innovation, and lead business transformation.
• Knowledge of data analysis, reporting, and process automation (RPA) tools or methodologies is valued.
• Results-oriented mindset, strategic vision, and excellent communication skills.
