CLEAResult seeks a candidate with relationship-building and project management skills to grow with our program. This role will also be accountable for developing trusted partnerships with our client, community-based organizations, tradespeople and internal team members across the organization. Here at CLEAResult, success means you are resourceful, resilient, and kind. For this career opportunity, you're a great fit if you can...
- Serve as the complimentary administrator of a growing energy efficiency program to serve residential utility customers in Oregon.
- Coordinate and, at times, help facilitate client, utility, and internal team meetings.
- Contribute to program & project delivery with a diverse set of external stakeholders, including non-profits, utilities, and government agencies.
- Manage programs in a way that will help level-up our internal capacity to provide culturally-relevant services to clients and residential initiatives we serve.
- Maintain strong ongoing communications with the client, internal contributors, external collaborators, and customers, and to receive feedback on their experience with program participation.
- Provide oversight and guidance for implementation teams to ensure that programs are being delivered as designed and in an effective way.
- Prepare, analyze and review reports and spreadsheets for accuracy, completeness, errors, and eligibility. Integrate strategic recommendations to the client based on feedback from administrative and field staff.
- Skilled in written & oral communications across a variety of audiences that may hold a variety of ideological positions. Ability to convey complex ideas through brief, simple materials.

We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive organization and we are most interested in finding the best candidate for the job, and that candidate may be one who comes from a less traditional background. We strongly encourage you to apply, even if you don't believe you meet every one of the qualifications as described.
In this exciting career opportunity, you will have...
- 4-10 years combined work experience that may include (but certainly not limited to!) supporting non-profit organizations, residential contracting, community organizing, environmental advocacy, energy efficiency, weatherization programs and/or project management
