ENERCON's Power Deliver (PD) group provides comprehensive engineering and technical services to support power generation, transmission, and distribution systems. Our expertise encompasses a wide range of activities, including design, analysis, and inspection of power infrastructure. We work with utilities, independent power producers, and industrial clients to ensure electrical systems' reliability, efficiency, and safety. This includes everything from substations and power plants to transmission lines and distribution networks. Our goal is to help our clients optimize their assets and meet the evolving demands of the energy industry.

What are skills that would be helpful to your success as a new graduate?
- Graduated with a bachelor's or master's degree from an ABET- accredited school in one of our listed preferred majors.
- Available to start on an agreed upon date between January 2027 and July 2027.
- A genuine interest to learn and grow in the Power Delivery and utilities space.
- A solid working foundation with your major's core concepts.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
- Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to be an individual contributor and work effectively in teams.
- Ability to effectively problem solve.
- Must be able to climb stairs and ladders at client sites.
- Must be able to effectively navigate client sites to conduct walkdowns.
- Must be able to work outside.
- Ability and willingness to travel for client and company projects and/or meetings.
Interview And Employment Requirements
- Completion of pre interview assessments.
- College transcript submitted for anyone under 1 year of experience post-graduation.
- Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug and alcohol screenings, ENERCON and client-specific background checks, and annual motor vehicle record (MVR) checks according to company and client policies.
